No Returns

All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at:

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
In such cases, you will not be required to return the product.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

This right applies only if the item is:

  • In its original condition and packaging

Customized or personalized items are excluded from this right.
